Rock Hill Church has a place in the history of Old Town Aubrey. The original building was constructed in 1940 and experienced additions over the decades. The largest expansion was about 1980, bringing the main building area to 4,070 sq.ft. and constructing the newer sanctuary building of 1,814 sq. ft. The sanctuary seats approximately 75 to 80 people. The main building now provides numerous classrooms, the fellowship hall, and kitchen. The adjacent 1,185 sq. ft. house was constructed for the parsonage. The brick home contains 3 bedrooms, and 1 and a half baths. Auxiliary buildings include a storage shed and very nice shop building. It should be noted that all roofs were replaced, appearing to be only a few years old. The peaceful setting features beautiful majestic oaks.
